Bremerton in the house! Grit & Grain Podcast sat down with our friend Paul Whitcomb of Silver City Brewery. Whitcomb grew up in Bremerton homebrewing with his dad when they weren’t attending every beer festival in the state. After a three-month internship with the one and only Mike Montoney of Rainy Daze Brewing, Whitcomb knew he found his calling. A bartending gig at Wet Coast Brewing led to a sales position at the Gig Harbor brewery where he helped build the brand while learning everything about the beer industry. An opportunity arose to take his sales skills back to Bremerton and help Silver City Brewery spread the word about their roomful of medals.
